It depends on what the world is in the salad. If there is fish I like about 1,000 islands dressing or tartar sauce.
With the cold mutton, I love Sweet Mustard Pickles.
We also have a beautiful herb vinaigrette that goes well with the rabbit food salad (green salad I hate LOL)
Shake Apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, orange peel and garlic sautéed together .... oh boy, watch out! :)
It is homemade, which I think are the best discoveries in sauces and dressings.
I like, but if I choose, I would say that Caesar. Rancho is too beautiful and I love Greek and Italian.

Raspberry vinaigrette ... hands down
I would say that the thick blue cheese dressing. It is worth a lot.
